Our initial consultation meeting takes place in this stage.

Once that is settled, we will write an itemized proposal so you can pick and choose exactly what you need, and from there we will get a retainer and contract working, and send you our training on how to prepare to be on camera!
Production
This is where we bring our collaborative ideas to life!
Your staff and our crew will get together for your movie star moment!
Our digital media experts will take care of everything necessary to make production as efficient and successful as possible so you can get back to what is most important.

Your creative director will take care of prompting you in a way that will allow you and your staff to speak as intelligently as possible in your show.
Post Production
This is where the magic happens!
Our experienced team of editors will come together to create a product better than you could have ever expected!

With less than 60 minutes of your time, your Creative Director will work with you to plan, create, edit and deliver content that is relevant to your business goals.

We begin our process with a 60 minute Google Meet to kickoff our partnership.
In this meeting we get to know you, your brand, what your expectations are, your desired level of involvement, etc.

Once we have exactly what you're looking for, we will schedule a day(s) to meet with you and your team to create the photo/video content within the allotted time in your plan.
Production days can be any day or time that works best for you, including weekends, and outside normal business hours.

Our team of editors will sit down and engineer your podcast together into a masterpiece that is designed to solve the problems you are facing.
Your content will go through a customized revision process specifically tailored to how involved YOU would like to be.

Depending on the job at hand, as well as the set provided, we could take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour.

We typically default to recording podcasts at 1080p, 24fps, as most long form podcasts are only uploaded to YouTube.
However, for podcasts that require clips, we record in 4K so that we do not lose resolution when cropping the clips down to vertical for social media.
We can record in whatever frame rate/resolution you would like, up to 4K, 60fps.
